DISABILITY EQUALITY TRAINING (DET)
A dynamic, focused, highly participatory group work approach to changing attitudes and practices towards the greater inclusion of persons with disabilities in mainstream employment, services, and activities.
It is designed to enable participants to understand ‘disability’ from a Social Model perspective, and to commit to removing disabling barriers.
DISABILITY AWARENESS PROGRAM (DAP)
Through our Disability Awareness Program, Helm Consulting aims to build an inclusive workplace and marketplace culture that is receptive towards persons with disabilities.
The goal of the program is to prepare your company to become inclusive; whether as a workplace with employees with disabilities, or to better serve customers with disabilities.
