There is a huge gap between the skills any employers expect and require from their hires and the actual competencies candidates with disabilities have either developed throughout their years of education or previous employment.
 

Helm has designed a program specifically tailored to resolve this issue; this program aims to develop persons with disabilities through different training and development programs to prepare them to join the workplace. This is achieved through enhancing their essential work skills and competencies. This program is not only geared towards Persons with Disabilities’ development, employment and inclusion, it also takes into consideration corporations’ needs and concerns making it a comprehensive and goal oriented program.
